Appeal from the St. Louis City Circuit Court. — Hon. ■ Selden P. Spencer, Judge. If a change of beneficiary is attempted and the same is not effectual, or for any reason is invalid, the first designation remains in force, and the beneficiary originally designated is entitled to the fund.
