This is an appeal from the trial court’s entry of a series of orders purporting to dispose of the matters in controversy among the parties beginning with an agreed order of dismissal signed by the trial court on December 1, 2008 and the denial of a motion for clarification dated February 17, 2004. Appellant filed a notice of appeal of these orders on March 18, 2004 asking this Court to determine whether the orders were appealable as final appealable orders.
