Petition to the district court for Hennepin county, upon relation of John L. Gleason, for a writ of mandamus commanding the Board of Regents of the University of Minnesota to -reinstate the relator as a student in the department of law. From an order, Frederick V. Appeal by the state from an order of the district court overruling the state’s demurrer to relator’s petition for a writ of mandamus commanding -the Board of Regents of the University of Minnesota to reinstate the relator as a student in the department of law, with all the privileges incident thereto. - -
