MILLER, Circuit Judge.

Appellant, Katherine F. Beliak, brought this action to recover from the United Home Life Insurance Company, appellee, under an alleged life insurance contract, in which she was named the beneficiary, covering the life of her son, Herbert C. Beliak. The District Judge sustained appellee’s motion for summary judgment and dismissed the action.
