This is a petition for divorce on the charge of extreme cruelty. The respondent makes three defences, namely: first, that the charge is not true ; second, that the petitioner was not, during the year before the preferring of her petition, a domiciled inhabitant of this State; and, third, that the parties have agreed to articles of separation which have been duly executed. The questions raised by the first two defences are questions of fact.
