This is a proceeding instituted by the incompetent Eliza R. P. Christian, by the guardian of her estate, before the presiding judge at chambers of the circuit court of the first circuit, to enforce the terms and provisions of the final decree in this case, dated March 25, 1935. This decree will be hereinafter referred to as “the final decree.” Any other decree to which we may hereinafter refer will be differentiated by reference to its date.
