ROBERT E. GRANT, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter is before the court on Plaintiffs complaint for relief from stay. The complaint sought not only relief from the automatic stay but also an injunction against the Debtor’s use of cash collateral. Upon filing the complaint, Plaintiff also filed a request for a temporary restraining order, prohibiting the use of cash collateral. This request was denied, without a hearing, in part because the specific requirements of the Bankruptcy Code (11 U.S.C. § 363(c)(2) & (4)) and the court’s order appointing debtor as debtor-in-possession already…
