[¶ 1] Norris Family Associates, LLC (hereinafter NFA) and Philip Jermain appeal from an order of the Superior Court (Sagadahoc County, Atwood, J.) dismissing their M.R. Civ. P. 80B appeal from a decision of the Town of Phippsburg Board of Appeals. The court concluded that it lacked subject matter jurisdiction to hear the appeal in part because NFA and Jer-main were not the named appellants in the underlying administrative appeal before the Board.
