This case is before the Court on plaintiffs request for a trial by jury and defendant Continental Casualty Insurance Company (Continental’s motion for summary judgment. The Court GRANTS plaintiffs request for a trial by jury and DENIES defendant’s motion for summary judgment. FACTS
