Plaintiff, Elie J. Baghdady (“Baghdady”), brought this action against defendants, Lubin & Meyer, P.C. and Philip J. Crowe (collectively referred to as “Lubin & Meyer”), for legal malpractice. Baghdady’s Michigan attorney has filed a motion pro hac vice for admission to the court for the above-captioned matter. Baghdady has also filed a motion to disqualify Lubin & Meyer’s counsel. Lubin & Meyer has opposed both motions and has moved to strike the complaint and for costs and attorneys’ fees in connection with Baghdady’s disqualification motion.
