This was a bill for an injunction, filed by appellant in the circuit court of Cook county October 28,1889, against the appellee and others, to restrain the laying of additional railroad tracks in Stewart avenue, a public street in the city of Chicago, and the erection of a fence along tjie east line of the west sixty-six feet of and in Stewart avenue, along and past the abutting property of appellant, in accordance with an ordinance of the city of Chicago passed July 21, 1887, granting to the Pittsburgh, Port Wayne and Chicago Railway Company, its lessees and successors, (here represented by…
