McMILLIAN, Circuit Judge.
Bruce Anderson, Elmer Dale Yancey, Robert Whiteley, and Anderson Cajun’s Wharf appeal from a final order entered in the District Court for the Western District of Arkansas dismissing their appeal from a final order entered in the Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Arkansas in favor of the trustee and against appellants in several adversary proceedings. The district court dismissed the appeal for lack of jurisdiction because the notice of appeal was untimely filed and because the untimely filing was not due to excusable neglect.
