HOGAN, Judge.
This case involves an account dispute between the plaintiffs and the defendant, which is a Rural Electric Co-operative organized under the provisions of Chapter 394, RSMoC^). 1 On January 20, 1965, the defendant discontinued plaintiffs’ service for non-payment of charges. Plaintiffs thereupon brought this action for a mandatory injunction to restore service and to recover damages for the wrongful discontinuance of service.
