Introduction
Plaintiffs, Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Company and Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company (collectively “Nationwide”), brought this action seeking the rescission of a homeowners insurance policy and an automobile insurance policy issued to the Defendants, Serafina Pascarella and Antonio Pascarella.
