The applicability of an assault and/or battery exclusion in a commercial general liability insurance policy is at issue in this appeal. Great American E & S Insurance Company (Great American or insurance company) filed a declaratory-judgment action against its insured, End Zone Pub & Grill of Narragansett, Inc.
