¶ 1 The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania appeals from an order granting a suppression motion entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County.1 We reverse.

¶ 2 Appellees, Christopher Black and Vincent Diorio2, were charged with know*1255ing and intentional possession of a controlled substance and possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance.
