INTRODUCTION

This matter is before the Court upon the Petitioner’s request for writ of habeas corpus, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. The Petitioner pleaded guilty to one count of knowingly transporting or shipping child pornography in interstate commerce by computer, in violation of the Child Pornography Protection Act of 1996 [CPPA or Act], 18 U.S.C. § 2252, et seq.
