HAMITER, Justice.

Mrs. Aurelia Bourgeois instituted this suit to recover compensation, under the provisions of the Louisiana Employers’ Liability Statute, Act No. 20 of 1914, as amended, for the injury and death of her minor son, Allen Bourgeois, which occurred while he was in the employ of the J. W. .Crawford Construction Company. Named as defendants were the minor’s employer and its compensation insurer, the Employer’s Casualty Company. The employer was never cited, however, and the suit as to it was dismissed.
