This case presents a contest over the amount owed to plaintiff, The Boeing Company (Boeing), by the defendant for certain costs incurred under a cost-plus-fixed fee contract between the Air Force and Boeing. The more precise issue is whether claimant properly allocated home office tax expenses to its various divisions. We affirm the decision of the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (ASBCA), denying plaintiffs claim.
