OPINION

IRENAS, Senior District Judge.

Presently before the Court is Petitioner’s Motion to Vacate, Set Aside.or Correct Sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. Petitioner identifies multiple grounds for granting his motion, but the “essence of the motion” he maintains, is that he was denied his Sixth Amendment right to effective assistance of counsel “at every stage of the case” in violation of Strickland v.
