Plaintiff-appellant, Charles W. Smith & Sons Excavating, Inc. (Smith) seeks review of the trial court's order dismissing the cause of action for a failure to timely procure a certificate of admission to transact business in the State of Indiana pursuant to IND.CODE 23-1-11-14.
