—The defendant in error, John B. Peck, hereinafter referred to as the plaintiff, sued the plaintiff in error in the circuit court for Marion county for an injury sustained by the plaintiff by reason o-f the falling of a certain sliding door in the depot or station *405house of the defendant at Fairfield, in Marion county. There was judgment for the plaintiff, and the defendant sued out a writ of error.
