Reversing.

Terhune’s house was destroyed by fire about two o’clock on the night of November 7,1915, and this action was instituted by him against the Louisville & Nashville Railroad Company and the Chesapeake & Ohio Railroad Company, to recover $500.00 for the destruction of the building, $640.00 for destruction of the household goods and furniture in the-house, and $900.00 for the destruction of a threshing machine and other farming implements stored in the building, upon the grounds that the fire was started by the railroad companies in one of three ways:…
