ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF’S JURY DEMAND

This matter comes before me upon plaintiffs demand for a jury trial in an adversary case to determine the dischargeability of a judgment debt against the debtor. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334, 28 U.S.C. § 157, and the Order of Reference of Bankruptcy Cases and Proceedings Nunc Pro Tunc entered by the district court, I have jurisdiction to determine the dischargeability of a debt against a debtor.
