Mark Charles ("Plaintiff") and Norma Graciano1 ("Defendant") were married on 25 January 1992, and had one child, born in 1994. Plaintiff became an active duty member of the United States Army on 14 October 1993. Plaintiff and Defendant separated on 15 June 2008, and Plaintiff filed a complaint for absolute divorce on 19 June 2009.
