Appellant Martin R. Stone appeals from a criminal conviction for theft of govern ment property in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 641 (1982) and for making false statements to the government in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1001 (1982). Stone argues that the district court erred in refusing to dismiss his indictment under the Speedy Trial Act, 18 U.S.C. § 3161-3174 (1982). We have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291 (1982), and we affirm.
