OPINION AND ORDER ON OBJECTION TO CONFIRMATION

I. Preliminary Statement
This matter is before the Court upon an objection, filed by the Huntington National Bank (“HNB”), to confirmation of the Chapter 13 plan proposed by Thomas J. Rose (“Debtor”). The Court has jurisdiction over this contested matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334(b) and the General Order of Reference entered in this judicial district.
