Sea Watch Stores Limited Liability Company (Sea Watch Stores) and the Club at Sea Watch, Ltd. (the Club at Sea Watch LTD appears to be a managing entity for the Sea Watch Stores) appeal from a judgment rendered against them granting injunctive relief in favor of The Council of Unit Owners of Sea Watch Condominium (Council of Unit Owners) by the Circuit Court for Worcester County (Eschenburg, J., presiding).
