1Opinion of the Court

Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Collins, J.), rendered September 18, 1981, convicting him of burglary in the second degree and murder in the second degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Judgment affirmed.
