ALLGOOD, District Judge:
Appellants, Doug Ard, Pablo Chavez, Jose Alfonso, Jorge Castro, Carl Ard, Eddie Ard and Guillermo Duarte, were convicted in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida on charges of conspiring to possess with intent to distribute in excess of 1,000 pounds of marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846, and possession with intent to distribute in excess of 1,000 pounds of marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a) and 18 U.S.C. § 2.
