Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Plumadore, J.), entered July 14, 1995 in Clinton County, which granted *1035plaintiffs motion for summary judgment and referred the matter to a Referee.
This appeal is from an "order of reference” granting, inter alia, summary judgment to plaintiff in an action to foreclose a mortgage given by defendant William A. Chase to secure an indebtedness to the East Coast Mortgage Company in the amount of $226,000 plus interest.
