This appeal is taken from a plaintiffs’ judgment on a claim for tortious interference with business relations which arose in connection with a dispute as to the title to certain real property. Defendant Second Continental, Inc. is in the business of buying properties from counties and municipalities that have been foreclosed upon for nonpayment of real property ad valorem taxes.
