OPINION ON REHEARING
JOHN CAYCE, Chief Justice.
We withdraw our opinion and judgment issued on July 11, 2002, and substitute the following in their place.
Appellant Tony Wayne Cook II appeals from the trial court’s order awarding ap-pellee Stoney Short primary managing conservatorship of Tony’s child with the exclusive right to establish the child’s permanent residence, the right to receive and disburse child support benefits, and the right to make educational decisions for the child.
