Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County *1494(Bryan R. Hedges, J.), entered February 27, 2009 in a proceeding pursuant to Social Services Law § 384-b. The order, insofar as appealed from, revoked a suspended judgment and terminated the parental rights of respondent Constance B.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously affirmed without costs.
