{¶ 1} Appellant, Gloria House, appeals from a judgment of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor of appellees, Turben Developmental Services Foundation, Inc. and Kirtland Capital Partners. Based upon the following, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
