Raymond L. Herndon appeals the circuit court’s judgment convicting him of five counts of child molestation in the first degree, two counts of sexual misconduct in the first degree, four counts of statutory sodomy in the first degree, two counts of statutory sodomy in the second degree, and one count of statutory rape in the second degree. Herndon asserts that the prosecuting attorney did not present sufficient evidence for the jury to find him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt of one of the counts of statutory sodomy in the first degree.
