Suzanne Magill brought an action against Bartlett Towing, Inc., for negligent hiring, negligent retention, and negligent supervision. In her amended complaint, Magill alleged that she suffered personal injuries when a Bartlett employee, Russell Hoffman, violently pushed her to the ground immediately prior to stealing her car. At the time of the attack, Magill was not seeking any towing services from Bartlett. The trial court dismissed the amended complaint with prejudice and Magill timely appealed. We affirm.
