ORDER
TOLEDO, District Judge.
On February 17, 1969,. this Court granted an Order of Permanent Injunction against Dianovin Pharmaceuticals, Inc. arid Nicolás O. Cabrero Oronoz, defendants in the present proceeding, generally prohibiting defendants from manufacturing or introducing into interstate commerce drugs manufactured by the defendants in violation of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
