Upon allegations of no personal assets to pay debts, tlie bill herein was filed by the administrator of Mrs. Christine Lafayette Jackson, and certain creditors, to sell a small tract of land worth $400 which she owned for that purpose. The bill was filed upon the authority of section 8213 of the Code (Act of 1827), which is as follows:
