JONES, Justice.

Danny Hamilton appeals from a judgment sentencing him to 20 years’ imprisonment pursuant to a jury verdict finding him guilty of murder under the provisions of KRS 507.020(l)(b).

The sole question presented by this appeal is whether the trial court erred in instructing the jury that it could find the defendant guilty of murder under KRS 507.020(l)(b), which defines murder as a homicide committed wantonly under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to human life.
