LUMPKIN, Justice.

The appellant, Kay Earnest, filed this suit against her husband O. D. Earnest, the appellee, asking for a divorce, a division of community property and attorney’s fees. The husband filed an answer and cross-action in which he denied appellant’s allegations, lie prayed for a divorce, a division of the community property, and title and possession of his separate property. Each party alleged cruel treatment as ground for divorce.
