MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
LINDBERG, District Judge.
Petitioners Thomas Kulekowskis (“Kulekowskis”), Anthony J.. Lobue (“Lobue”), and Anthony DeSilva (“DeSilva”), have brought before this court their petition for habeas corpus on appeal from a Certification of Ex-traditability issued by U.S. Magistrate Judge Edwin Bobrick. The Magistrate Judge entered the extradition order pursuant to an action filed by the U.S. Attorney, at the request of the government of Canada, seeking petitioners’ extradition to Canada for allegedly kidnapping and transporting DeSilva’s wife and ward, Tammy DeSilva, to…
