STATEMENT OF REASONS

Presently before the court is the motion for partial summary judgment filed by plaintiff, Bethlehem Area School District (BASD) on the issue of liability. Specifically, *289BASD contends that defendants, White Brothers Construction Inc. (WBC), Joseph Miorelli Inc., and Shippee Mechanical Inc., failed to establish any material facts on the issue of liability, such that BASD is entitled to judgment as a matter of law with regards to liability.
