In an action to recover damages for legal malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud, the plaintiffs appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Rudolph, J.), entered April 21, 2008, as *694granted those branches of the defendants’ motion which were to dismiss the amended complaint pursuant to CPLR 3016 (b) and 3211 (a) (5) and (7).
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
