In this unemployment compensation case the controversy on this appeal concerns whether the six respondent-employees, Fred J. Bosquette, Roland H. Haenel, Paul R. Joki, Edmund 0. Mahner, Arnold R. Mahner, and Roy W. Oelrich, originally left their employment with the appellant-employer, Carley Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Inc., because of a strike but were subsequently discharged by the employer, thus rendering them eligible for unemployment benefits subsequent to their discharge.
