Before the Court are several procedural motions, some from plaintiff Lori Robinson and some from defendant Ergo Solutions, LLC (“Ergo”). This Title VII default judgment action has been characterized by an endless stream of extraordinarily sloppy (and sometimes frivolous) filings — from both parties. This latest batch is no different.
