This is an action in replevin for the recovery of certain machinery and equipment designed for use in the manufacture of ice cream, and which was delivered to appellant by appellee in accordance with the provisions of a certain conditional sales contract executed by and between them on May 22, 1941. The description of the property is set out in the complaint as follows: “One TTP two-temperature cabinet, one 40 DHP hardening-cabinet, and one Kegty 1 H.
