The defendant Michael R. Harrison was charged in an amended information in two counts with the crime of accessory to an attempted robbery in the first degree, in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-8 and 53a-49 (a) (2), and Public Acts 1975, No. 75-411 (a) (2) (now General Statutes § 53a-134 (a) (2) ), and with the crime of accessory to larceny in the second degree, in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-8 and 53a-123 (a) (1).
