System Transport, Inc. (“System Transport”) is a trucking company and has a contract with Tyco International Ltd. (“Tyco”) to transport goods. Under its contract with Tyco, System Transport was required to purchase comprehensive liability insurance for itself. System Transport obtained the required insurance policy from American Trucking and Transportation Insurance Company (“ATTIC”), the plaintiff in this case.
