This is an attachment suit brought by appellant, a nonresident corporation doing business in Baltimore, against one William A. Ross, a resident of Boston, Massachusetts.
The property attached, consisting of one hundred shares of stock in the Congress Hotel Company of Chicago, is claimed by appellee, who files her interplea in said suit, setting up that at the time of the service of the attachment writ the stock in question was and still is her property; that appellants were aware of that fact, and that the certificates representing said stock had been assigned to her for a valuable…
